What a letdown

Well at last we have heard from our neighbour about her sons intentions for our house.

Unfortunately they have decided not to buy as they figure that the extensions they need to make to accommodate their 5 kids would be too expensive. We had no idea they had so many kids. If we had we would not have built our hopes up as our house is not really big enough for such a large family. A bit of a blow, but as we suspected it was too goo to be true.

Back to the original plan of putting the house on the market and seeing what happens. Will try on the web first then if no luck there we will offer ourselves to the sharks – sorry estate agents!
