On the forums someone has just had med requests from March AOR. This is the first March AOR I have heard of getting a medical request. The AOR stated 18 months, so this is actually quicker than indicated.
We had 15 months on our May AOR and are only a week and a half away from this deadline. Knowing our luck we will end up waiting 18 months plus, but you never know!
Well I am now back from my business trip to New Orleans and no brown envelope from CHC yet! Oh well it was a long shot, but we are now getting closer to the 15 month anniversary of our AOR, so we are hoping to hear sometime near the 6th August.
BTW: New Orleans is a great city, it is a pity I did not have longer than three days there and most of that was taken up by work, still managed to get some good photos.
Some people hear well before their bring forward date, others don’t hear until months after so although they are supposed to be answering the applications in submission order there does seem to be some inconsistencies with this.
CHC seem to be dealing with Feb AOR’s at present who were given 15 month guidelines, so this is very consistent, however at the end on Feb & March they changed to 18 months, which brings those applications in line with ours in May which said 15 months. So if this is correct all the March, April and May people should be hearing around the same time……interesting
