Another viewing booked

We have just had a phone call from our estate agent with another viewing booked for Monday morning. Apparently the people have just had their purchase fall through and have sold their house so are desperate to find somewhere and complete quickly.

Ideal scenario is that we sell to them and complete before our trip to Canada in April and can move over for good at this time.

Still waiting for our passports and visa to be returned from CHC, hopefully they won’t take too long. Several people seem to have recently had theirs returned within a couple of weeks.
