Canada here we come – for a visit anyway

Just two weeks to go before we jet off to Canada for what will hopefully be our last visit before landing for good.

We hope to find a house to buy whilst we are over there and we have our Canadian mortgage offer in place just in case. We have also released some equity from our UK home so that we have money for any deposits etc that may be needed.

Obviously we hope to be able to sell our house pretty quickly, but at lease we can sort Canada out in the meantime.

Just going through the process of short-listing some properties on MLS to view, we are down to about 50 now! Seriously though, we will have to get the list down a little more if we hope to do anything other than look at houses whilst we are there.

We will keep the blog going whilst we are there so we can let everyone know what we find and how we like the areas of Quinte, Prince Edward and Kingston in Ontario.
