We have invested in some new bird feeders and this is one that seems to be getting a lot of action. It is a squirrel-proof feeder.

Just shows that where there is a will there is a way.
The wildlife just keeps on coming. This weekend we spotted a thrasher which we saw last year too. There are a pair of them in the garden.
We also have a towhee coming by most days. He is a lovely bird.
We bought some different feeders yesterday and different food to see if it makes any difference to the types of birds we attract. We also want to cut down on the number of squirrels as they definitely keep a lot of the birds away, especially the smaller ones. So we will see how our experiment goes.
