First chipmunk of the year
We just happened to be looking out the window this afternoon and spotted a chipmunk looking out of his hole. This is the first sighting of a chipmunk this year – no coincidence that it is also the warmest day of the year so far at 11c. He did look a little bemused to find the snow still on the ground.
The raccoons have been about most nights too, although they are not so welcome.
